<p>I know from my clients that people can experience real conflicts when it comes to seeing a coach or a therapist for help with a personal issue.</p>
<p>Some feel there&#8217;s a sense of mystery around the process which makes it a bit of a step into the unknown &#8211; not a good thing when you&#8217;re not feeling too great to begin with!</p>
<p>Then there&#8217;s also the general curiosity about things you&#8217;ve perhaps always wanted to ask a therapist but didn&#8217;t know how to.</p>
<p><strong>Now&#8217;s your chance to get answers to the questions you&#8217;ve always wanted to ask!</strong></p>
<p>Letters of Love is a pen-pal support group for those struggling with depression, self-injury, addiction, and eating disorders.</p>
<p>Elizabeth, the lady who set up the group, has invited me to do a Q&amp;A series of posts based around real questions submitted by her readers.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve now received the initial list and there are some pretty good questions on it! I&#8217;ll be answering them over the coming weeks on the Letters of Love website.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll link to them from here too so that you don&#8217;t miss out on what looks to be a really good experience &#8211; as much for me as for anyone interested in knowing more about the therapy &amp; coaching process.</p>
