It really emphasises how people are private worlds and we can never know anyone else completely. That’s part of the attraction and part of the frustration too.

My day is replete with personal development opportunities. It’s really the way of my day. What I mean is – I treat every interaction with another soul as a chance to receive their message; their story; their unique experience of the world. Like responding to this blog (that I always learn so much from).

It’s a way of being that makes it okay that I am a continual work in progress. It helps keep the ego in check and allows others to engage fully in the moment.

Every time another soul breathes life out in my direction it contributes to the forward momentum of my journey – as many breathes of air catch a large canvas sail.

Let’s all help each other – and keep an eye out for those warning signs of suicidal distress from our sisters and brothers.
